Steve Komphela has confirmed that he will join Mamelodi Sundowns after his sudden resignation at Golden Arrows on Sunday.
After finishing 12th with Arrows in the 2019/20 season, KickOff.com revealed on Sunday that he had resigned from the Kwazulu-Natal outfit after receiving an offer from the reigning champions.
With Rhulani Mokwena and Manqoba Mngqithi replacing Pitso Mosimane as joint head coaches, their assistant roles had been vacated, which the 52-year is set to resume.
“I would like to express my deep gratitude to the chairperson of Lamontville Golden Arrows, Mato Madlala and to Golden Arrows FC for their support and encouragement whilst I was the head coach,” the statement reads.
